IBC - Allowable Height and Area Calculator (Separated, Mixed Occupancy)

**UPDATED - You can now choose between the 2018, 2018 and 2021 IBC.
A few notes:
  • There are some error notes that I've programmed in (for example, using an NFPA 13R sprinkler system in a non-residential occupancy), but the calculator is not foolproof. Some background code knowledge is needed.
  • You enter information into the blue cells, the calculator does the rest.
