2015-2018 IBC Frontage Calculator

Instructions:
  1. For each segment of exterior wall, enter in the length of the segment and the width of open space in front of that section.
  2. Only wall segments with open space of 20 feet or greater count towards the frontage increase.
  3. The sum of the segment lengths (P), should equal the total building perimeter.
  4. The frontage increase factor, If, is the value you plug in to the allowable area equations.​
